Three levels to describe the terrain
When you create an OFF or browse the catalog, you'll see three technical difficulty levels. It describes terrain, not physical difficulty.

Clean, regular trail. Few obstacles. You run without thinking about foot placement. No hands needed. Forest paths, wide tracks, maintained trails.

Irregular terrain. Roots, rocks, natural steps, scree sections. Constant foot attention required.
